Muloobinba Markets – Stallholder Applications Now Open!

We’re looking for stallholders who bring something unique to our community!

Applications are open for:

  • Local makers and artists - handmade goods, art, prints, and crafts

  • Boutique small businesses - fashion, jewellery, homewares, gifts

  • Fresh produce and specialty foods - baked goods, preserves, market produce

  • Lifestyle and wellness products - candles, crystals, natural therapies

  • Food vendors and food trucks - serving delicious meals, coffee, and treats

If you’re a creative, foodie, or passionate small business owner ready to showcase your products, we’d love to see you at Muloobinba Markets! This is open for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal business owners to apply.

Important Stallholder Information

Market Day: 2nd Sunday of every month
Location: 357 Main Road, Cardiff, Awabakal Land

1. Local Creatives, Makers and Small Business

For artists, crafters, small businesses.

  • 3x3m Stall: $100

  • Double Stall (6x3m): $170

2. Food Vendors

Food trucks or food stalls (must hold current food handling certificates).

  • Food Stall (3x3m): $150

  • Food Truck / Trailer: $180

    Additional information

  • All stallholders must bring their own marquee, tables, and display equipment.

  • All stalls must be properly weighted – pegs are not allowed as the market is held on a carpark surface.

  • Safety checks will be conducted before the market opens to ensure stalls are secure.

  • Successful stallholders will be contacted by August 6th

  • You’ll be contacted with bump-in details and a stall-holder info pack upon a successful application.

  • You’ll be invoiced and this will need to be paid prior to attending the markets.
